Under this category we have collected a range of powerful tools developed by Cristie Nordic for specific customer needs. We have found that there is a wide interest for these tools and so we are now making them available to other customers. These tools are independent of each other and will be sold separately. The box will be expanded as new tools are developed.

 

CPU2TSM

This tool detects and informs the user in a simple way how many physical, and virtual CPU,s are available in the backup network environment.  For a TSM user this tool can be used in an Audit of servers and thereby tell how many PVU 's that are required for the next license purchase.

Mig2TSM

This tool is intended for those who will, or just have, chanced backup software to Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM). Often it is required to keep an archive of old data in the previous backup system for legal or other reasons. Mig2TSM easily migrates data from the old system into TSM for archiving or just to avoid the cost for the old license maintenance.

 

Messages2TSM

Messages2TSM is a small program that makes it possible to send in clear text data in to TSM Activity log (Actlog).
Messages2TSM together with a small batch script, can you easy overview and send in to TSM Server the TSM for Database or TSM for Mail backup and restore logs.
